Señorio de Roda is a brand new development.The development which is located in a truly Spanish village has a communal swimming pool and the new Roda Golf course just next door is now up and running and open to the public. Senorio de Roda is situated 2 minutes from the town of Los Alcazares with it's beautiful beach and promenade, bars, restaurants and excellent facilities, 5 minutes from other Mar Menor beaches and only 500 metres from the 18 hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas at Roda golf. The area is ideal for families and golfers alike.
Numerous golf courses lie within easy reach of the house, including Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and La Manga. Watersports are available at the Mar Menor and there are riding stables in the area giving the opportunity of viewing the countryside on horseback.
The lovely cities of Cartegena and Murcia are within 20 minutes drive, providing shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful architecture.
The house is a 10 minute drive from Murcia Airport and a 50 minute drive from Alicante Airport.
